When disaster strikes your computers, DHK is there to help you. If you have an emergency, just call our main telephone number. Our call center is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. When you reach one of our agents, please let them know your name and they will contact the emergency technician.
Leveraging your Support Contract
Because we have at least two different technicians service your organization via a scheduled support service, there will be at least one person available at all times that knows your computers.
With our emergency service, you will receive a call back within 15 minutes. Given the severity of the situation you may have as little as a four hour response time.
