up on an order I made this morning.
I found your company
via a search on Google, as I was looking for a new
Juniper router. I had called several other companies
first, but was either unable to get a live person or I
got the run around about if the product I needed was in
stock or not. I called DHK and was connected with David.
He was very helpful, friendly and informative. I needed
a replacement for a router that a portion of my business
depends on. David was able to find me a router and even
point me to a local pick up (No small feat considering I
am ordering from Dallas). I had the equipment in my
hands within 3 hours of the first phone call. I wanted
to thank David and your company for the excellent
service! It is refreshing to be provided with this type
of quality service in today’s market place, plus the
price was better than anyone else! I will be back for
any needs I have in the future. I will also make my
