Since 1994, David has worked as a Network Manager or Engineer
for a number of companies in a variety of industries. In the
airline industry, he distinguished himself, conducting research
and development for Apollo Travel Services, now owned by
Galileo International. At the beginning of the broadband
revolution, David was one of the first engineers for Rhythms
NetConnections. He was responsible for engineering their
Paradyne DSLAM platform, designing and implementing one of the
first industry VoIP services, PBXpress, and organizing the IP
address plan for more than 500,000 nodes.
While David worked at Teletech, the largest CRM company
worldwide, with 28,000 employees, he was responsible for
redesigning their data infrastructure. Among his many
accomplishments at Teletech:

Wrote the LAN and IP Architecture design for
the company, 250+ routers and switches, 100,000 IP Addresses.

Architected and configured the LAN and
Datacenter for corporate headquarters.

Designed and configured LAN to LAN VPN solution
for new Teletech sites.

Redesigned and implemented network security and
accounting via Cisco Secure ACS AAA servers. Servers performed
security administration for 500 routers and switches at 30
locations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Installed LAN and WAN for North Bay, ON and
Belfast, N Ireland call centers.

Installed the corporate VPN and remote access
solution.
David has also proven himself through a number of
